New leadership course now half way through

I’ve been really delighted to be working with the impressive Shpresa programme this year on a new leadership course for migrant community leaders.

We launched it in Parliament last month, and we are now half-way through the first course. The first few sessions were online, but last Sunday we had our first session all together in London. Once the formal training comes to an end, all of the students will then get a mentor to help them to develop their own leadership plans.
