Polarised environments

Another issue which we explored at the recent Helvetas workshop in Northern Macedonia with colleagues from across the Balkans was running advocacy campaigns in polarised environments. Sadly this is the reality for many people around the world trying to run advocacy campaigns. It is what I see in the UK and it was certainly also the case for many of the colleagues in the Balkans.

This video offers some thoughts from me on some principles to guide advocacy campaigns in polarised environments. And it offers some practical reflections from colleagues in two different countries on their own experiences.
